A série iniciante teve oito indicações a prêmios diversos deixando pra trás séries já consagradas como Lost, CSI, Desperate Housewives e a nova sensação Dexter…
Heroes foi indicada pra melhor série de drama (esse drama significa apenas que ela não é cômica), o diretor do episódio “Genesis“, David Semel, foi indicado como melhor diretor além de Hiro Nakamura (Masi Oka) ter sido indicado como melhor ator.
